About the Tour
- The Film Freak Movie Locations Tour runs approximately two hours. It’s a packed two hours — Leo keeps the energy high from start to finish.
- No. Film Freak Tours is a Hollywood movie locations tour — we visit real places where iconic movie scenes were filmed, not private residential neighborhoods. Leo brings these locations to life with the stories behind the scenes and the stars who made them famous.
- The Hollywood Sign is visible from several points around Hollywood, and Leo will point out great views along the way. This is a movie locations tour first and foremost, so the focus is on the real filming spots behind your favorite movies.
- Yes — the tour van features a big-screen TV that plays movie clips synced to each filming location. You see the scene right before you arrive at the very spot where it was shot.
Logistics & Planning
- We depart from the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel at 7000 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 — on Orange Drive, on the opposite side of the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Full meeting instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
- Paid public parking is available at Ovation Hollywood, just steps from our departure point at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can get everyone settled and kick things off on time.
- Tours run rain or shine whenever possible, but a tour may be cancelled if the weather is severe. Weather permitting, the show goes on — and most of the experience takes place inside our comfortable van.
- Water is welcome on board to keep you refreshed during the two-hour ride. We ask that you skip other food and drinks to keep the van comfortable for everyone.
- We recommend traveling light — large luggage can make the experience uncomfortable for everyone in the van. Small bags and backpacks are fine; large suitcases are not recommended as storage space is limited.
Who Is This Tour For?
- Absolutely — all ages are welcome. The tour is designed to be fun, energetic, and engaging for everyone. The trivia, movie clips, and Leo’s storytelling keep kids entertained right alongside the adults.
- This tour was built for movie lovers. Leo’s 35+ years of Hollywood experience means the stories go well beyond tourist basics — you’ll hear behind-the-scenes moments, production details, and red-carpet memories that you won’t find on any other tour.
