These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://filmfreak.com and your booking of the Film Freak Movie Locations Tour. By booking a tour or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payment

Tours are booked and paid for through our booking partner, FareHarbor. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. The current price is $49.99 per person.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are shown at checkout during the FareHarbor booking process. Please review the policy displayed at the time of booking. If you have questions, contact us before your tour date.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure from the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Tours depart on time; guests who arrive after departure may be treated as no-shows and may not be eligible for a refund.

Conduct & Safety

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you follow your host's instructions during the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful, without refund.

Health, Accessibility & Personal Items

The tour van is not wheelchair accessible at this time; please contact us with accessibility questions before booking. Water is welcome on board; other food and drinks are discouraged. You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.

Weather

The tour operates in all weather and takes place primarily inside a comfortable van. In the rare event of conditions that make the tour unsafe, we will contact you regarding rescheduling options.

Media Release

Photos or video may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such media, please let your host know at the start of the tour.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Film Freak Tours or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Film titles and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

Limitation of Liability
